Quad Fishing Trips at VVR

Announcing this year's dates for our Guided Early Season Quad Trips for Fishing
Signup now while there's still time!

ATV Quads and Side by Sides allow you to enjoy the Sierra National Forest back country before the auto driving public arrives in late May. Your Green Stickered vehicle is your passport to experiencing the high country spring snow melt with early season fishing, hiking, unrestricted road riding and fun exploration of this great region.

You can camp at either the Mono Hot Springs or Vermilion campgrounds; both are usually snow free as they have great sun exposure. The campgrounds have pit toilets, picnic tables and bear boxes, there is no Camp Host so you are responsible to clean up and haul out your trash. The Vermilion campground sits right on the lake with the lodge and general store within a 5 minute walk of the campsites. For the quad campers we offer free potable water, basic grocery items, cold beer, a basic breakfast and lunch menu at the café, hot showers and boat rentals. You can also rent a heated motel room for the night if you are looking for some creature comforts.

For those that want to travel light and without the worry of cooking and sleeping warm we offer our all-inclusive Quad Adventure Trips. Our 3-day package includes your motel room (2-nights), excellent meals prepared by our chef and fishing boat. You save a lot of hassle and worry for only $389.00 per person. Just ride in and start having fun!

We open to ATV camping/fishing customers Saturday April 27th, and will provide services until the road opens to the public.

Quad Adventure Trips: Begin Friday morning May 3rd and run every Friday in May until the road opens to the general public. If you have other dates in mind (mid-week or Thursday start) please contact Jim to discuss.

Whichever choice you make, just be sure to make the time to come on up; relax and enjoy the beauty and solitude of a High Sierra spring.
